We Faked Our Coles Launch?!
Despite the rumours, our Quick Screen range is available for purchase in Coles supermarkets across Australia! We know it’s hard to believe, but we’re super proud of this milestone, and can’t wait for you to get your hands on some Quick Screen!
Here's the story behind what happened...
Our Quick Screen range landed in 800+ Coles Supermarkets across Australia in early September. This was such a big moment for The Quick Flick team and definitely a highlight of our business journey so far. A big thank you to everyone who made this launch happen and to Coles for believing in our Aussie brand, products and vision!
We went viral on TikTok with people saying we faked the launch since the original in-store videos our founder, Iris shared didn't have price tags on the shelves. People had thought we put the product on the shelves ourselves! We can confirm though (with proof) that the Coles launch is 100% real and we'd never fake a launch for publicity.

What is it?
Quick Screen Prep is your 4 in 1 SPF, Moisturiser, Primer and Blue Light Defence. Created for people who typically hate wearing sunscreen because lets face it, traditional sunscreens feel pretty gross. Quick Screen Prep is an ultra-lightweight, moisturising facial lotion with very high SPF 50+ sun protection and blue light defence technology for urban pollution protection (and its pretty damn comfortable to wear)! The fast absorbing formula moisturises and primes skin whilst creating a satin base for makeup.
Quick Screen Set is an ultra-lightweight, invisible-finish mist that hydrates, finishes makeup, with SPF 50+ sun filters and blue light defence technology to protect from urban pollution. Designed to be worn on its own or over makeup without ruining, cake-ing or leaving a white cast.
Tested on all skin tones to ensure no white cast or greasy finish is left on the skin post-application. Both products are chemical filter sunscreens, suitable for all skin types that won't produce flashback.
HOW TO USE
Shake well before use. Apply Quick Screen Prep generously and evenly to the skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Apply makeup over. Re-apply your SPF every 2-4 hours using Quick Screen Set. Be sure to tuck in lips, close eyes and hold breath when applying mist.
Ensure you reapply after sweating, swimming or towelling. Avoid intensive midday sun and prolonged exposure to the sun and wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear. To remove, use Flick Off! Cleanser and Makeup Remover or your favourite makeup remover.
WHAT IS BLUE LIGHT?
Blue Light is one of the several colours in the visible light spectrum and is often referred to as high energy visible or HEV. It is emitted in the sun’s ray as well as in low levels from digital items and lamps.
Blue light poses potential skin harm via free radical generation and has been shown in studies to induce oxidative stress in live skin. This can contribute to skin ageing, like exposure to UVA.
Whilst the skin naturally contains antioxidants, these are used up when the skin is exposed to excess free radicals (think UV light, visible blue light and other environmental aggressors such as pollution]. Thus, applying topical antioxidants can boost our skin’s defence against oxidative environmental damage.
Quick Screen contains antioxidant-rich ingredients to help combat this free radical damage, including Raspberry Seed Extract and Israeli Tomato Extract.
