All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your orders journey from us to you. All shipments require a signature on delivery. Some shipments may experience delays when passing through customs. Please keep this in mind when calculating shipping times.

NOTE: Shipping times act as estimates. Shipping fees on exchanges are to be covered by you, or the recipient.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We love what we do, and we want you to love it too! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on items purchased directly from our online store, so you have zero risk when shopping with The Quick Flick.

Returns Policy

  • Within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible to return your product for a refund (excludes the price of shipping).
  • Once we have approved the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee request, you will need to send the product/s back to us and provide a tracking number within 7 business days. The return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer and is non-refundable.
  • If a single product from a bundle is returned, only the cost of that individual product will be refunded. Additionally, any free gift received with the purchase must be returned to The Quick Flick if the associated item or bundle is returned.
  • Once we have received and validated your returned products, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method and may take 1-2 weeks to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
  • To ensure your return reaches us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't process refunds for items that are lost or not delivered to us.
  • Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.

PACKAGING OPTIONS

We offer two packaging options. By default, orders are shipped in our sustainable, oxo-biodegradable satchels that degrade in landfill without releasing methane during degradation. If your order is for a gift, you can choose to upgrade to gift wrapping for $5. We’ll beautifully pack your order in our signature gift box, then place it into a mailing box for protection. We do not include packing slips or invoices with any orders in an attempt to reduce waste.

IMPORT FEES/TAXES

The delivery cost for international online orders does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties. You, or the recipient, are responsible for the payment of any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. Please be aware that duties and taxes are assessed on the combined value of the goods in your parcel. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities to calculate additional duties and taxes on your parcel upon arrival into your country.

PRE-ORDERS

Please note we do not partially fulfil orders that contain a pre-ordered item. Your order will only be fulfilled once that item comes into stock. Please purchase separately if you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Damages
Please note The Quick Flick is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Quick Flick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance offers premium protection and safety on orders in the event they are lost or damaged during transit. We'll replace your full order at no additional charge. In order to qualify for insurance on lost orders, your parcel must be deemed lost by the parcel carrier via written confirmation. In the event your order is damaged, you must report any damages within 5 business days with photographic evidence. Shipping Insurance is not claimable in the event packages are stolen after being left in a safe place by the shipping carrier.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit and shipping insurance was not purchased, unfortunately we are unable to replace your order.
